Have confidence that your company artwork will be printed properly - Ampco's screen printing department offers extensive expertise in printing quality, colorful materials in a wide variety of sizes and products.

Our screen printing department features a number of high-speed automatic presses of varying sizes that can print a dizzying variety of products, including insert decals, nameplates, point-of-purchase displays, graphic overlays and fleet graphics. Ampco also has a full suite of post-printing equipment for doming, embossing, stamping, slitting, laminating and die cutting your printed materials.

Our wide-format graphics equipment can print directly onto a variety of substrates that are suitable for indoor or outdoor applications and for applying on a number of different surfaces. Whether you want a billboard, vehicle wrap, construction hoarding, fleet graphic or banner, Ampco can help bring your big ideas to life.

Ampco's digital offset press offers clients the best in printed products - our six-color HP Indigo Press s2000 brings the advantages of on-demand, variable-data printing to Ampco's clients.

With an amazing diversity of applications, this digital offset press can produce printed graphic overlays for membrane switches, panels, keypads and mouse pads, and also produce plastic cards for ID, driver's licenses and financial applications. Substrate choices include PVC, polyester, polycarbonate and much more. Printed substrates can be finished with lamination, thermo-forming, embossing and other post-printing processes.

Computer cut vinyl graphics bring a company's message to bold life. Ampco's suite of graphics equipment can transform company logos, artwork and advertising into long-lasting, distinctive vinyl cut graphic products.

Ampco's Duratext system for computer-cut lettering and logos features graphic and digitizing stations to input existing customer designs or create new artwork, plus a 48" wide flat bed plotter and three 48" drum cutters with order entry stations. We work with premium vinyl and reflective films in over 100 colors, making sure the client's vision is transformed into quality vinyl products.

Ampco's ability to offer both large- and small-scale die cut services means even more flexibility for creating customized graphics or manufactured components.

Ampco's die cutting equipment consists of cylinder, clamshell and four-post presses. We offer thermal and steel rule die cutting, kiss cutting, and embossing up to 96" in one piece - larger sheets can also be accommodated. Smaller precision equipment assures production parts within ± .005" tolerances.

Printed materials can increase their visual impact or gain valuable protection through the laminating process.

With Ampco's laminating equipment and variety of laminates, we can enhance gloss levels of a printed piece, completely matte the surface or texture, protect against abrasion and graffiti, or selectively laminate for design impact. Laminates can be applied to one or both sides, or even completely encapsulate the printed piece.

With laser cutting, Ampco gives customers a cost-effective way to bring their product off the drawing board and into their hands.

Ampco's laser cutting equipment is ideal for detailed cutting of thick plastics, for creating product prototypes, and for limited production runs that don't justify the cost of mechanical tooling. Our laser cutting process can also cut or engrave images onto metal nameplates.

Ampco's in-house punching and stamping equipment means that we can offer our customers a full range of metal nameplate production capabilities. With our metal stamping equipment we can shear, punch or shape light gauge aluminum, brass and other metals, and can further shape nameplates or decorative trim through a full selection of round, rectangular and square punch tools.

As an added service, Ampco offers serializing - a process where consecutive numbering is added to decals or metal nameplates as a secondary step.

Bar-coding and alphanumeric numbering can be printed as part of the digital offset process or on our metalphoto process - Ampco will work with you to determine the best way to serialize your decals, labels and nameplates.

Quality
Ampco's commitment to our customers is to consistently provide the products they require at a level of quality beyond their expectations. As of September 2006, we have received a certificate of qualification for the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality system. Prior to receiving this qualification, Ampco was registered to the QS 9000:1998 Quality system (based on and including ISO 9002:1994).

RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
Ampco is working with our customers and suppliers regarding RoHS compliance. We are in the process of verifying which customers require compliance to this directive for electronics and materials supplied by Ampco.

MTM Pacific Limited
MTM Pacific Limited is a full service company specializing in manufacturing, trade and management services in Southeast Asia, owned and operated by Ampco Manufacturers Inc. MTM Pacific's partners manufacture products for companies such as Pioneer, Yamaha, Phillips, Sanyo, Mitsubishi, Acer, Colgate, and Hershey.

Through MTM Pacific, Ampco has created strategic alliances with key partners in Hong Kong and China that allow us to manufacture and provide a wide range of products and services to our North American customers.

We manage a comprehensive supply chain with the capabilities of manufacturing a variety of parts and components including injection molding, metal fabrication, die-casting, aluminum extrusions, PCB, product decoration, and electrical and mechanical assemblies.

All of our partners have ISO Quality systems in place to maintain product quality and consistency, and have been audited by Ampco's own quality personnel.
