Our local and offshore partners offer molding capabilities from 80 ton to 850 ton with a maximum shot size of 85oz. Molds are created to offer the most cost effective production runs, and we can also provide secondary process including ultrasonic welding, heat staking and assembly.

Working with our various strategic aligned partners, Ampco offers full turnkey service including product design, mold making, and molding of parts up to 850 ton clamping force. Finishing can include ultrasonic welding, vacuum metallizing and hot stamp decorating.
