Ampco offers elastomer membrane switches, which involve the use of a molded rubber layer within the switch. Due to the tooling required, this option becomes increasingly practical for Ampco customers with certain volume quantities - elastomers are good solutions for manufacturing consumer products such as cell phones and remote control devices.

We have developed and manufactured a variety of backlit graphics for in-vehicle and other applications. Backlit graphics incorporate many options for lighting, including fiber optic ribbons or pads, electroluminescence, light pipes, or LED zone backlighting. Ampco's high quality fiber optic products provide distinctive illumination under low or no light conditions.

Ampco supplies backlit graphics products to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of vehicles such as trucks, automobiles, aircraft, heavy equipment, RVs, and boats. Our fully automated production process allows for the economical production of low volume and large volume backlit graphics to exacting specifications.
