Most membrane switches can be divided into two categories based on a simple question - can the user feel anything when they press a button? Ampco offers both tactile and non-tactile membrane switches. Tactile refers to the feedback (clicking sensation) that the user experiences when they push a button. Non-tactile construction does not provide any feedback and is activated by a simple pressure touch.
