The 2009 World Police & Fire Games took place between July 31st and August 9, 2009 at over 40 venues (WPFG: http://www.2009wpfg.ca/) for 10,577 athletes, making it the biggest event in WPFG history. As the Official Supplier, Ampco Grafix has produced banners, signage, flags and other graphics used for event ceremonies, venues and streets in Greater Vancouver.
The CEO of 2009 WPFG, Mr. Stu Ballantyne, has commented: “Thank you … for everything you … have done to make us look so good. The graphics and banners are simply outstanding” (July, 2009).
